I spoke with Pam Meyer this morning about getting a renter's insurance policy. It was complicated by the fact that I will have a name and address change within a month. Pam was very kind and patient about explaining the available choices. She didn't push me to accept the most expensive options, but helped me understand how to protect our property. She reminded me that after I get married we will need to update my umbrella policy to include my new husband. Pam printed a long document out for us to list our property to ensure that everything was covered. I couldn't ask for a better agent than Pam, and I appreciate her very much!

You get what you pay for. While other companies claimed at first to give lower car insurance rates only to have hidden fees and special conditions, Vicki gave me all the information I needed in a straightforward way and worked with me to help me understand all my options. Excellent customer service.

Her background before becoming an agent included in-depth understanding of insurance provisions, policy specifications and insurance company procedures and claim processes. She brings all of this information to her clients and she and her staff are always helpful, courteous and accessible. Her counsel and advice has always been to the benefit of her clients and insureds I hold a MS degree in Insurance and CPCU and ARM insurance designations and I strongly recommend her to others due to her honesty, knowledge and experience.

Vicki and her team have always been extremely helpful and quick to respond. They are good at making things easy to understand.
